1. Introduction
Welcome to The Grand Restaurant. By accessing our website and using our services (online ordering, table reservations), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Online Food Orders
- Delivery Zone: Our home delivery service is strictly limited to the **Lakeside area** of Pokhara. Any orders placed outside this geographical zone may be cancelled at our discretion.
- Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct contact details and delivery addresses.
- Payment: We accept Online (QR) payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). For QR payments, proof of payment (screenshot) must be uploaded for verification.
3. Table Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability. Upon successful booking, a unique Reference ID will be provided. Please present this ID upon arrival. We reserve the right to release your table if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before payment verification. Once payment is verified and preparation starts, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. For any discrepancies, please contact our support team at Lakeside, Pokhara.
5. Privacy Policy
Your personal data (Name, Email, Phone, Address) is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and reservations and will not be shared with third parties.
